O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.02.2025 and conclude the same within the period stipulated by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, his brother died by consuming poison on 31.01.2025 and based on his complaint, a case in Cr.No.83 of 2025 has been registered by the respondent police, thereafter, no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 13.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has been registered in Cr.No.83 of 2025 and the same is under investigation. In the meantime, the petitioner has sent a representation and the same is under consideration. They will consider and dispose of within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.
5.According to the petitioner, his brother died by consuming poison due to the inducement made by the accused persons, thereby, he sent a representation on 13.02.2025, but no action has been taken. The respondent police has also admitted the complaint of the petitioner and the same is under investigation.
6.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties and in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
