The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survy and demarcate the petitioner's property covered by Patta No.1311.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The petitioner has made an application on 02.03.2025. Considering the petitioner's entitlement to survey based on registered sale deed as well as patta in her favour, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to conduct survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application, dated 02.03.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If necessary, the 1st respondent shall take the assistance of the jurisdictional police officials in the event of 1st respondent apprehending any breach of peace.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
