RESPONDENT/ COMPLAIANNAT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend time to comply the Order of this Honorable Court dated 05.08.2020 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.3881 of 2020 in Crl.OP(MD).no.6264 of 2020 dated 15.06.2020 and to pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 15.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6264 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Madurai, within a period of fifteen days. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P(MD)No.3473 of 2020 seeking extension of time and this Court by order dated, 03.07.2020 granted extension of time till 30.07.2020. But due to some personal inconvenience, the petitioner did not execute the sureties and has filed Crl.M.P(MD) No.3881 of 2020 seeking extension of time and this Court by order dated 05.08.2020 granted extension of time by two weeks.

Even, then petitioner did not come forward to execute the sureties within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of further time.

CRL MP(MD) No.4399 of 2020 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3881 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6264 of 2020 is extended by one week from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Karur Anbukarangal Society, No.25, Ganesh Nagar, Vennaimalai Nagar, Karur-639 006 (The Indian Bank, Karur IB. Account No.6069083407, IFSC Code No.IDIB000K027), failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
