RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7980 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MARSHALL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 31.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of Four weeks. During the total lock down period, they could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7980 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
