ORDER

The revision petitioner is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.289 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner filed I.A.No.423 of 2015 seeking interim maintenance. The Court below awarded a sum of Rs.3,000/-. Seeking enhancement of the award amount, this civil revision petition has been filed.

2. This Court is of the view that the said amount can be enhanced from Rs.3,000/- [Rupees Three Thousand only] to Rs.4,000/- [Rupees Four Thousand only] per month. Accordingly, the order impugned in this civil revision petition is modified and the civil revision petition is partly allowed. No costs.
