ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5751 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025.

2. Mr.M.Pitchai Muthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only 6 days. He further submits that the petitioner is having six previous cases, which are 1/3

similar in nature. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(vi) imposed by this Court in the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5751 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to report and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, weekly twice (ie., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
