ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 808 days in-representing the Civil Revision Petition.

3.The delay would stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, under the Head ''Environmental Fund'', as costs, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, shall make use of the said amount for preservation of the environment.
