The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 12.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that already petitioner's application has been taken up and date has been fixed for survey and that on the said date, survey would be conducted.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conclude survey proceedings, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
