ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20115 of 2024, dated 27.01.2025.
2. Mr.S.Abdul Rahuman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 43 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.14(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20115 of 2024, is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
