The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police are not harassing the petitioner. Based on the complaint given by the private respondents, the respondent Police have conducted enquiry against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.195/2024 and the same is closed. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
