RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modify the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 8386 of 2020 dated 20.8.2020 in relation to appear before the respondent police on 10.9.2020 instead of 29.8.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KAVITHA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 20.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.8386 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 29.08.2020, without fail.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, due to personal inconvenience the petitioners are not able to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on the date fixed by this Court. Hence, the instant Petition is filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 20.08.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 10.09.2020, without fail. Till the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
