ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent, The Sub Collector, Thamaraikulam, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.05.2022 in accordance with the circular in Circular No.W.V-1/82/Adm.II(SRI) PP-IV, Govt. of India/Bharat Sarkar, Ministry of Home Affairs/Grs.Mantralaya, New Delhi, dated 30.07.1983, issued by the Joint Secretary to Government of India.

Since the appeal is now pending before the first respondent a direction is issued to examine the entire issue by following the principles of natural justice and endeavour to dispose of the said appeal within a period of 10 weeks from the date of the disposal of the copy of the order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of.
