O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based upon a false complaint lodged by 3rd respondent and to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.04.2025.

2. According the petitioner, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, the 3rd respondent frequently called the petitioner by interfering with the money dispute. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 08.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. However, they will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and dispose of the same within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court even Page No. 2 of 4

without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent harassed the petitioner frequently by calling the petitioner for enquiry. The 2nd respondent has also admitted the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner. For enquiry purpose, they called the petitioner. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. This Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
