O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet before the competent Court in Crime No.295 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already they filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court and the accused also admitted the offence and the main case itself was disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the second respondent police have already completed the investigation and filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court, in view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
