ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 29.03.2006, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent, aggrieved by the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 17.03.2006. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not passed any orders and left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.
3.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent on receipt of the same, shall deal with the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to place all the relevant documents along with the representation to enable the first respondent to come to a conclusion.
5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
