ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard Ms.A.Banumathy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has forwarded the complaint of the petitioner to Koodal Pudur Police Station, which is having jurisdiction and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach this Court, at later stage, if necessary arises.
