ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC and section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.51 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners herein abused, asaulted and threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.7416 of 2023 4.It is seen that there are totally 11 accused in this case, in which the petitioners are arrayed as A2,4,5,6,9 and 11. In this case there is dispute between two groups and one of the injured who is still taking treatment in the hospital is shifted to Madurai Rajaji Hospital for better treatment. Further some of the accused persons are still in judicial custody, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
