Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.B.2/7371/2017 dated 06.12.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the landed property in S.No.271/23 Mela Eral Village, Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi District.
