ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the order dated07.09.2020 passed in this petition, and upon perusing the letter in D.No.1778/2021 dated 26.03.2021, received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following Order: Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2. It is seen that this Court vide order dated 07.09.2020 had directed the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.644 of 2020 dispose of the petition in E.O.P.No.5 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, has sent a letter to the Registry, seeking for extension of time for a period of six months.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reason assigned, this Court is inclined to grant the time sought for. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of E.O.P.No.5 of 2020 within a period of six months from today.
