For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sectiond 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 354 (D), 506(i), 294(b) IPC and Section 67 of Information of technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Earlier anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.13974 of 2021 was allowed by this Court, on 24.09.2022 without any condition.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that out of Court, there was a talk between the counsel. By which, they filed an application for quashment. CRL OP(MD). No.9775 of 2022 second anticipatory bail application, which may not be lie. Lapse because of some inconvenience.
4.But, however, the petitioner may file petition for extension of time.
5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
