ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only enquiry is undertaken. Since no case is registered against the petitioner so far, he shall appear before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the enquiry.
