Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from the Provident Fund accumulation of his own PF Contribution available to the credit of first respondent in PF Account No. 10761 for the marriage expenses petitioner's daughter within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent Corporation. He wants to withdraw the petition mentioned amount from his provident fund contribution. The respondent is directed to disburse the amount eligible to which the petitioner is eligible and entitle.

3.It is stated that withdrawal is required for performing marriage of the petitioner's daughter. I therefore direct the respondents to pay 50% of the eligible amount on or before 05.05.2023 and the remaining amount within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
