Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6257/A1/2011 31.08.2012 on his file within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to pass order in the proceedings dated 31.08.2012.

2. Mr.TR.Janardhanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.08.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
