O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's compliant dated 25.03.2025 against the 3rd respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, due to property dispute, she has lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent before the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has sent a complaint only to the 1st respondent, but the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint. However, today they have received the complaint of the petitioner and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of 15 days.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.According to the petitioner, she has lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent and the same was not considered. According to the respondent police, the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner and today, they have received the complaint of the petitioner and assured to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties in accordance with law.
