ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to keep and maintain the park area allotted for the purpose of "park" in S.No.77/1A, 77/1B in Lakshmiammal Layout situated from encroachment.

Upon instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Municipality would submit that there is no such proposal for conversion of the said survey numbers referred to above, other than the "park area" and it will be only used as a "park". Since the third party has encroached the said area, the Municipality is taking earnest steps to get evicted the third respondent through Civil forum.

3. In view of the specific stand of the Municipality that the place earmarked for park will not be converted into for any other purpose, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
