ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the 5th respondent in A.P.No. 08/2023/D2 dated Nil, filed as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in R.C.No. 674/2022/E2 dated 24.02.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the appeal has already been withdrawn by the petitioner. In view of the same, 2/4
