ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 10.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 10.07.2018 to the third respondent. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
