ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Jessi Jeeva Priya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of this Court made the following order: "The petitioner had filed a Civil Suit in terms of the liberty given by this Court on 17.04.2023. It appears that eight weeks time given by this Court have lapsed on 11.04.2023. Till now the suit has not been numbered. That led to filing of this petition.This petition is allowed.
