3.This petitioner has filed this Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate steps on the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 16.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
