Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.M.VIJI, Advocate for Mr.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Standing Counsel for State Government(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2971 of 2021 in Crl.A (MD)No.187 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2971 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.187 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, the learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4540 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2971 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.187 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e. on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 06/07/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
