[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Muthu Sudha, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

H.C.P.(MD) No.624 of 2020 3.The detenue is the daughter of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that she arranged the marriage of the detenue and it was to be held on 30.08.2020, however, the detenue is missing from 20.08.2020.

4.The detenue today appeared through video conferencing. On enquiry, it is informed that the third respondent is the paternal aunt's son and they got married on 20.08.2020 at Thisayanvilai and both are living happily.

5.In the light of the statement of the detenue, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
