ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.160 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally transported 3 units of saral sand by using the vehicle. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has transported saral sand illegally. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and they are similar in nature.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.9750 of 2022 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having four previous cases, which are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
