RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e., Morning at 10.00 A.M.until further orders in Crl.OP.No.7307/2022 dated 22/4/2022 in Crime No.28/2018 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAJAPATHI ROY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.7307 of 2022, dated 22.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7307 of 2022 on 22/04/2022 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7307 of 2022 on 22/04/2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
