Respondents (R.2 was impleaded on 28.04.2015 as per order made in MP(MD)NO.1/2015) This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey the petitioner land comprised in S.No.32/10, at Mallananmpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, measuring an extent of 56 cents and demarcate the same by laying survey stone after giving opportunity to the all party concerned by considering his representation dated 02.05.2014 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the respondent to fix the boundary for the lands owned by him.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.05.2014, on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners as well as the second respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
