Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to encumber the petitioner's property land comprised in New S.F.Nos.73/2 measuring an extent of 1.27.5 Hectare (3 Acres 15 Cents) New Patta No.1862 and S.F.No.72/2 measuring an extent of 64 cents out of Hectare 0.49.5 of new Patta No.1862 with S.F.No.72/2B and S.F.No.73/1, with extent of 0.19.5 Hectares (48 cents) and totally 1 Acre 12 cents and new S.F.No.73/7B, with extent of 0.18.0 Hectares (45 cents) and totally in all survey numbers measuring an extent of 4 Acres 72 cents situate in Kalickampatti Village, Dindigul Taluk, Chinnalapatti Sub Registration District and Registration District of Dindigul at the instigation of the respondents 3 to 8 herin.
