The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Ayyanar and Muthumariamman Temple in Athangudi Village, Neivayal, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District scheduled on 19.05.2015 to 27.05.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that two groups have sought for permission. He also submitted that both groups can appear before the second respondent to appropriate time to be allotted.

3. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent at the earliest and seek appropriate time. As and when, the second respondent will have to allot a specific timing for the petitioner for the conduct of the programme. It is well open to the second respondent to call the other group for fixing the timing for the conduct of the programme sought by it. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
