O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to restrain the seventh respondent from in any manner disturbing the petitioner and his family members i.e. Chinnu Thevar Vagaiyara for performing Pooja and to Samiyaduthal for the deity, Chinna Karuppasamy, during the temple festival of Sri Karuppasamy Temple, situated at Aviyur village, Kariyapatti taluk, Virudhunagar district, from 10.04.2025 to 12.04.2025 by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2025 and 08.04.2025.

2. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, even without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this petition to restrain the seventh respondent from disturbing the petitioner and the same cannot be considered by this Court, the petitioner can approach appropriate forum in accordance with law by establishing his rights, but not before this Court. 4. However, the petitioner can participate in the temple festival for worshipping and the same will not be curtailed by the private respondents. Therefore, the sixth respondent is directed to ensure the participation of the petitioner in the temple festival for worshipping.

5. With the above said directions and observations, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
