The defendants 2 to 5 in O.S.No.198 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, are the revision petitioners herein. It is a suit for bare injunction. In the said suit, the plaintiff filed I.A.No.109 of 2016 for impleading the parties. The court below by order dated 26.08.2016 allowed the said Interlocutory Application. The said order is under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This Court is of the view that it is only the impleaded party who can feel aggrieved by the order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition. It is not for the defendants 2 to 5 to complain. Their right is not infringed. The revision petitioners do not have locus standi to challenge the said order. 4.Finding no merit, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD) Nos.11242 of 2016 and 285 of 2017 are closed.
