Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the Respondent for wilfully disobeying and not complying with the order of this Honourable Court dated 23.01.2017 in WP(MD)No.1002 OF 2017.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1002 of 2017 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to pay the petitioner all his retirement benefits including Gratuity, Leave Salary, Social Security Scheme benefit and Refundable Deposits, together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amount towards the delay in paying EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs.99,235/- for the period from 29.2.2016 to 22.08.2016 at the rate as per EPF Scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him pension and pension arrears from 1.3.16 and Pension Commuation, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
