Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.B7/12870/2023 dated 27.02.2025 (received only on 28.02.2025 at 04.00 pm) passed by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forthwith reimburse the amount deducted from the petitioner salary account vide impugned order Na.Ka. No.B7/12870/2023, dated 27.02.2025 and also further direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to grant all the retirement benefits for the petitioner service period as per the service record including pension within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.B7/12870/2023 dated 27.02.2025 (received only on 28.02.2025 at 04.00 pm) passed by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forthwith reimburse the amount deducted from the petitioner salary account vide impugned order Na.Ka. No.B7/12870/2023, dated 27.02.2025 and also further direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to grant all the retirement benefits for the petitioner service period as per the service record including pension within a time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that under the impugned order no reasons have been given as to why explanation of the petitioner is not satisfactory, the order impugned herein is set aside and the issue is remitted back to the third respondent herein who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and thereafter pass an order on merits and in accordance with law.
