COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Cases are filed challenging the conviction orders dated 02.07.2020 in M.C.No.602/Nee.Se.Na. & Ka.Thu.Aa/M.Ma/2020 and in M.C.601/Nee.Se.Na.

& Ka.Thu.Aa/M.Ma/2020 on the file of the Administrative Executive Magistrate and the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, 2.Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the conviction orders have been passed on 02.07.2020 convicting the petitioners for a period of 11 months. The said period is over. Because of lapse of time, nothing survives in these cases. Accordingly, both the Revision Cases are disposed of as infructuous. (G I J) 21.09.2022 ta 2/4
