Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was a contractor engaged by the respondent corporation. The petitioner claims that his bills have not been settled. 3.Today ie., 26.07.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the corporation submitted that out of three bills, one bill was settled on 29.06.2024. As regards the other two bills, a calculation memo has been filed. It has been stated therein, upon the petitioner submitting appropriate final bill with all supporting documents, the petitioner's case will be considered. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.
