O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.B7/12870/2023, dated.10.03.2025 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to return/reimburse the amount Rs.15,000/- deducted from the petitioner's salary account from 25th February 2025 vide Impugned Order Na.Ka.No.B7/12870/2023, dated.10.03.2025.

Considering the fact that under the impugned order no reasons have been given as to why explanation of the petitioner is not satisfactory, the order impugned herein is set aside and the issue is remitted back to the third respondent herein who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and thereafter pass an order on merits and in accordance with law.
