For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.273/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.273 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have committed theft of two wheeler bearing Reg. No. TN 55 BV 4275 which was parked in front of Dhanalakshmi Maligai shop. Hence, the complaint.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having two similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
