ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decretal order dated 18.08.2016, made in I.A.No.478 of 2013 in O.S.No.49 of 2009, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, Madurai, allowing the respondents 1 to 6 / third parties to be impleaded as defendants, in the suit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the fair and decretal

order dated 18.08.2016, passed in I.A.No.478 of 2013 in O.S.No.49 of 2009, by the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai, may be confirmed.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the suit is of the year 2009 and hence, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.49 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 is also agreeable for the said course of action.

6. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the suit is of the year 2009, without deciding the issue on merits, the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.49 of 2009, on merits, and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31.07.2017.

8. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
