PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the temple festival in Arulmigu Karpaga Vinayagar Thirukovil, Keelakuthapanchan, Anna Nagar, Tenkasi District for the Thiruvizha to be held on 05.06.2022 on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the second respondent dated 16.05.2022 and consequently the respondents to give adequate police protection within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
