ORDER: This Civil Revision petition coming on for reporting compliance on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof the order of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of T.Selvan, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent have represented that the conditional order passed by this Court in the present Revision, dated 11.11.2016, has been complied with by the petitioners and also he has filed a memo to that effect.

2. In view of the compliance of the said order passed by this Court, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, has been directed to number the unnumbered appeal suit filed by the petitioners.

3. In the event of numbering of the appeal suit, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the appeal suit as early as possible.
