Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petition mentioned appeal will be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on merits of the matter. It is open to the authority to pass orders one way of the other. It is further made clear that all the interested parties will have to be heard before the final order is passed.
