RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the order in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 5405 of 2020 dated 21.05.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.J.CHAKKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULILNGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 21.05.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5405 of 2020, directed the petitioners to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Rock-Fort Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., till 30.06.2020.

According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 21.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 5405 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4412 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Karur Anbukarangal Society, No.25, Ganesh Nagar, Vennaimalai Nagar, Karur639 006 (The Indian Bank, Karur IB.
