ORDER

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 223 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Though notice served on the 5th respondent and name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the 5th respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 4 have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 223 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) each to the High Court Legal Services 2/3
